Career Opportunities

St. Leonard’s Community Services’ (SLCS) employees support numerous clients with their reintegration to the community, securing housing and reducing the reoccurrence of crime, whether that be in our residential facilities or working in the community with our clients.

The work is challenging but very rewarding as we help clients overcome barriers and achieve their short- and long-term goals. Our team members collaborate with community partners to resolve the challenges our clients face.

If you have a desire to work with a team that promotes positive change while supporting individuals who are at risk or who are in conflict with the justice system realize their full potential, we want to you join our team!

Volunteer Opportunities

Our achievements are not possible without the ongoing support and dedication of our volunteers.

SLCS has a committed group of volunteers for our Youth Justice Committees.  They encourage communities to begin to understand the causes of crime by using a restorative approach towards prevention.

Volunteers are trained community members who meet with the accused and persons harmed to make amends for the accused’s actions.
