St. Leonard’s Community Services’ (SLCS) employees support numerous clients with their reintegration to the community, securing housing and reducing the re-occurrence of crime, whether that be in our residential facilities or working in the community with our clients.
The work is challenging but very rewarding as we help clients overcome barriers and achieve their short and long-term goals. Our team members collaborate with community partners and advocate on their behalf to resolve the challenges and barriers our clients face.
If you have a desire to work with a team that promotes positive change while supporting individuals who are at risk or who are in conflict with the justice system to realize their full potential, we want you to join the team!
For our Full and Part time roles, we offer 3 weeks paid vacation, employer RSP contributions, fully paid for benefits by the agency, a host of free training sessions provided by qualified professionals, professional development funds as well as free downtown parking!
St. Leonard’s Community Services (SLCS) is committed to fostering a workplace culture that values and actively promotes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).
